Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality clinical care for patients referred to and using our services, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a holistic and person-centric care and treatment programme based on the recovery model.
  • Taking clinical responsibility for patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, risk reviews, strategic reviews and the development of a therapeutic milieu.
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff.
  • Engaging in clinical governance and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participating in on-call rotations, ensuring continuous high-quality care.
  • Fostering relationships with external stakeholders and maintaining a network of professional contacts.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
