About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Clinical Psychologist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a high-quality psychology service within Queen's and King George Hospitals, aligned with Psychiatric Liaison Accreditation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical input to high-risk cases, ensuring high-quality and evidence-based interventions utilising psychological theory.
  • Assess and develop plans of care to meet the complex needs of patients with varied presentations and high levels of risk.
Main Duties
  1. Lead a high-quality psychology service in line with Psychiatric Liaison Accreditation, ensuring operational management and high-quality clinical supervision to qualified psychologists.
Person SpecificationEssential Requirements
  • A doctoral degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology.
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working within a clinical health setting.
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
