Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Operations Coordinator to join our team at Greencore Group Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations, collaborating with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, and championing a safety-conscious culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Operations: Ensure production operations run smoothly and efficiently, capturing essential performance data and verifying task completion to our stringent standards.
  • Collaboration and Troubleshooting: Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot any machinery or material issues, conducting thorough quality checks to uphold food safety, customer, and quality standards.
  • Safety and Quality: Champion a safety-conscious culture, ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols within the designated area, while also emphasizing proper hygiene and maintenance practices among all staff.
  • Performance Monitoring: Contribute to the establishment and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), taking ownership of achieving set targets through effective coordination and control.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Uphold food safety regulations by overseeing that all manufacturing and product handling procedures maintain a hygienic environment.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Foster smooth communication channels within and between departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Task Rotation and Performance Feedback: Coordinate task rotation among colleagues, providing performance feedback and promoting adherence to operational standards to enhance their skills and confidence.
