Snagging Manager Role
We are seeking an experienced Snagging Manager / Finishing Manager to join CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have expertise in snagging tasks and possess a keen eye for detail to help close the new build project.
About This Position:The successful applicant will manage and supervise the finishing team to achieve production targets, coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow, inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications, implement and maintain safety protocols in the finishing area, and monitor inventory levels of finishing supplies and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee the completion of construction projects by managing the finishing team.
- Coordinate with various departments to guarantee seamless workflow.
- Inspect completed projects for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and supplies required for finishing tasks.
SMSTS, CSCS Card (supervisor / manager), and first aid at work qualifications are essential for this role.
Estimated Salary Range:This position offers an estimated salary range between £40,000 - £60,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
