Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

Recurrent Energy, a leading global solar and energy storage project development, ownership, and operations platform, seeks a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join its EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with country leaders in EMEA to optimize forecasts, manage risks, and drive financial performance improvements.
  • Lead the reporting process for the EMEA region, including budget preparation, business planning, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and consolidate budget processes, including forecasting models and database files.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing, conducting account reconciliations and analysis as required.
  • Monitor regional cash flow positions on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare reports and analysis for management, including project and portfolio analysis for the UK entity.
  • Liaise with other regions and the headquarters to provide required information and data.
  • Coordinate FP&A team members in EMEA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • ~5+ years of experience in finance, preferably 2+ years in accounting.
  • ~2 years of relevant work experience with people management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform related functions in adherence to regulations, laws, policies, and standards.
  • Computer literacy, including SAP, MS Office (strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge), Tipalti, and Xero.
