Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Investigo is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's short and long-term financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working closely with the Financial Director and CFO
  • Design and implement financial reporting systems to provide timely and accurate financial information to stakeholders
  • Provide strategic decision support to the Executive and Board, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement across the finance function, simplifying core processes and improving financial planning, reporting, and cash management
Requirements:
  • Qualified Accountant with strong technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a track record of driving business growth and improvement
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and improve processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
