About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to lead our EMEA region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Providing financial guidance and support to country leaders in the EMEA region
  • Leading the reporting process for the EMEA region, including budgeting, business planning, and financial reporting
  • Coordinating the budget process, including forecasting models and database files
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing, including account reconciliations and analysis
  • Monitoring regional cash flow position on a weekly basis
  • Preparing reports and analysis for management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 2 years in accounting
  • Proven ability to perform related functions in adherence to regulations, laws, policies, and standards
  • Strong computer literacy, including SAP, MS Office, and other relevant software
