About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Director to join our team at Parexel. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across our FSP services, primarily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the FSP services market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality proposals and solutions
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth transition to delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record in a B2B sales role, with a focus on FSP services
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with clients and partners
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret customer business data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication
