About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Director to join our team at Parexel. As a key member of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across our FSP services, primarily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of Parexel's FSP business
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record in a B2B sales role, with a focus on FSP services
  • Experience in clinical operations services is highly desirable
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Excellent business and industry awareness, with a deep understanding of industry trends and their impact on the business
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
