Store Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Cambridge store and drive business growth. As a key member of the Team OB, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, improving customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience in leading teams, managing sales performance, and implementing operational improvements. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

The estimated salary for this role is £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the Cambridge store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and cash handling
