Customer Experience Manager

Are you a motivated and driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to join our team at The Boots Company PLC.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the customer experience agenda across your store, working closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the customer journey.
The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £50,000, depending on location and experience.
