We are seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to join our team in Widnes. As a key member of the retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer service excellence in-store.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of colleagues and contribute to the success of our Widnes store. The successful candidate will have experience in retail management, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation in-store, including windows and interior displays.
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels are available on the shop floor.
  • Providing training and development opportunities for paid staff.

What You'll Need

  • Experience in retail management, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.

  • A competitive salary of £40,000 per annum.
  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing after 5 years of service.
