We are seeking a talented Client Relationship Manager to drive business growth and build strong client relationships in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful products and services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
