Temporary Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Downpatrick. The successful candidate will work closely with our Public Sector client, Newry, Mourne and Down Council, providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves a range of administrative tasks, including:
- General administration and reception duties
- Handling confidential information
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent customer service
- Processing financial transactions
- Organising meetings and taking minutes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, including English and Maths
- At least 1 year's experience in administration and/or customer service
- Competence in the use of Microsoft Office
- A full UK driving licence
