Job Description: Proposal Specialist

At Barclay Meade, we are seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective proposal strategies, collaborating with Sales and Bid/Proposal Management teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids and offers.

About the Role:

The Proposal Specialist will lead proposal writing processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and develop compelling content that meets business objectives. This includes managing cultural and language requirements of customers, scheduling meetings, and liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have commercial awareness, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective proposal strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and Bid/Proposal Management teams to ensure effective content creation
- Lead proposal writing processes and coordinate with stakeholders
- Manage cultural and language requirements of customers

Requirements:

- Commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
