About the Role

Austin Fraser is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with exceptional administrative skills to provide high-level support to our Senior Leadership team.

  • Key responsibilities will include providing PA support to the Senior Leadership team, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing calendars.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing and disseminating important information, reports, and other materials as required.
  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a dedicated and organized individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting company events by managing dates, liaising with venues, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries for Senior Leadership members.
  • Preparing and disseminating important information, reports, and other materials as required.
