We are seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse who wants to make a difference in the lives of seniors.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for care, be resident-focused, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You'll advocate for your residents at every stage of care, ensuring that we provide exceptional service.
- Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana & maintain license required
- Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
- Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus
- Hourly rate based on experience: estimated $45-$55 per hour
- $1.50 additional per hour for second and third shift
- Weekend shift pay: $1.50 additional per hour
