Compensation and Benefits:An estimated salary range of £37,000 to £43,000, contingent on your ophthalmology experience, accompanied by benefits such as:
- Four days of work per week with rotating evening shifts
- One Saturday shift every four weeks
- 33 days of paid holiday, including bank holidays
- Overtime opportunities as required
- Performance-based bonuses up to 10%
- NMC and DBS costs covered
- Complimentary flu vaccination annually
