Hospice Nurse Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Hospice Nurse Professional.
Estimated salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum.
Job Description:
The Hospice Nurse Professional will provide direct patient care to hospice patients in their homes, develop and implement individualized care plans, manage patient medications and treatments, monitor patient symptoms and report changes to the physician, educate patients and families about hospice care, and provide emotional support to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement effective care plans
- Manage patient medications and treatments
- Monitor patient symptoms and communicate with the physician
- Educate patients and families about hospice care
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
Qualifications:
- RN license
- 2+ years of experience in hospice or palliative care
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of hospice care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
