Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-focused individual to fill the role of People (HR) Systems Administrator at Catch22.

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and development of our HR and Payroll systems, providing support and guidance to managers and staff on their effective utilization.

You will serve as an HR system super-user, handling system-related queries and delivering training to other users. Additionally, you will support system upgrades, the implementation of new functionality, and the configuration and roll-out of new systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support, including data entry and system maintenance.
  • Developing and implementing HR and Payroll system solutions.
  • Delivering training and support to staff on system utilization.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement system upgrades and new functionality.

Requirements include:

  • Relevant experience in general administrative tasks, including system and database management.
  • Knowledge of HR databases and business intelligence reporting tools.
  • Experience working with and maintaining HR and Payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
