Claims and Complaints Manager

Aston Charles is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our claims team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers, each dealing with a varied caseload including predominantly Public and Employers' Liability losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Liability Claims Handlers, providing training, development, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to handle complex claims.
- Allocate workloads and act as an escalation point for complaints, ensuring that all claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct file and audit checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle your own caseload of higher value and complex claims, utilizing your expertise to resolve issues and achieve successful outcomes.
