Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, including raising orders for goods and stock, data migration and entry, collating information, statistics, and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raise orders for goods and stock, data migration and entry, collating information, statistics, and data.
- Act as a first point of contact for the service, answer calls and emails, managing inboxes, and assist with queries.
- Manage diaries and referrals, assist with application forms, and update databases.
- Raise purchase orders, send invoices, and add them to the corresponding databases.
- Provide general administrative support, scanning, indexing, photocopying, and other ad hoc admin duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of various IT systems.
- Strong customer service skills via phone and face-to-face.
