Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personalised Care Assistant to join our team in Horsham, West Sussex. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to a young individual with complex health conditions.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering High-Quality Care: Deliver high-quality care to clients with complex health needs, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  2. Assisting with Daily Living Activities: Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
  3. Administering Medication: Safely administer medication and monitor health conditions, working closely with healthcare professionals.
  4. Providing Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to clients, enhancing their quality of life.
  5. Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
Working Arrangements:

Term Time: Monday – Friday: 15:30 – 20:30, Saturday & Sunday: 09:00 – 19:00

School Holidays: Monday – Sunday: 08:30 – 20:30

Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Nature: A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work the specified hours.
