About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of running complex care packages, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards. This includes the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated essential standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in providing individualized support and care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
- Travel between care packages in Hartlepool and Lincoln, with three days of travel per week and two days working from home.
- Collaborate with the wider team at our Nottingham head office.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, support, and motivate a team effectively.
- Approachable and supportive with a focus on person-centred care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE) plus a £3,000 car allowance. This is a permanent position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
