Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

Job Description

As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and resolving system issues, providing timely support to gym staff.
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance, overseeing data handling and storage processes.
  • Conducting daily audits on direct debits and account transactions, identifying discrepancies and maintaining membership records.
  • Performing regular checks on member accounts and system functionalities, proactively resolving issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in a membership-based or retail setting.
  • Proficiency in system management tools and digital platforms, including Microsoft packages (Excel is a must).
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
