Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing onboarded clients throughout the lifecycle of their engagement and re-engagement. This role requires a good understanding of our business, as you will be liaising with the sales team to anticipate new clients, scheduling calls/meetings for the consulting team, and assisting in executing next steps to completion.
You will report directly to the Head of Consultants and work in a consultancy environment with minimal travel to attend meetings and influence decision making in boardrooms.
Requirements- Minimum undergraduate degree or relevant experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken and written)
- Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively
