Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team as an Adult Liaison Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting tenants in their communities to explain the upgrade process, provide high-quality service, and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service:
- Visit tenants to explain the upgrade process
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Handle issues and work with the Customer Services Team to reach resolutions
- Administrative Tasks:
- Make appointments
- Update project trackers
- Produce tenant communications
- Maintain accurate records
- Tenant Satisfaction:
- Participate in tenant satisfaction monitoring
- Produce reports for internal and external distribution
- Other Duties:
- Promote a safeguarding culture
- Adhere to IT Security and Data Protection legislation
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
