We are seeking a proactive and hardworking Community Support Specialist to join our Mental Health team in Adults Social Services. As the first point of contact, you will liaise with various stakeholders, partners, and customers, requiring excellent communication skills.

Your role will involve delivering a range of administrative and support services directly to operational teams and service users. Daily tasks may include sourcing grants, minuting meetings, supporting protection of property requirements under the Care Act, paying invoices, answering phones, or organizing food parcels.

You will also make visits to support operational teams, necessitating the ability to drive and access to a car. Our Living Well model aims to embed our vision of supporting people to be independent, resilient, and well in their community. This role is crucial to delivering our objectives, and as such, you will be busy managing competing priorities.
