Job Summary

We are looking for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health needs in their homes and in the community. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities and hobbies, promoting social inclusion and community participation.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a good listener, be caring and compassionate, and have experience working with autism or non-verbal clients. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
