Care Assistant Opportunities

Are you seeking a role that offers you the freedom to select your working hours? Do you have a commitment to providing outstanding, client-focused support? Interaction Recruitment is actively looking for Care Assistants to join our team in various supported living environments.

The successful candidates will assist individuals with diverse requirements, including physical disabilities, learning challenges, and personal care needs.


Your role will involve delivering high-quality care to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Personal care assistance
- Supporting safe lifting and transferring of clients
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and planning
- Empowering clients to gain independence in line with their care plans
- Providing companionship and support as needed.


We are looking for individuals with experience in Health & Social Care, particularly those who have supported individuals in various settings. Comprehensive online training will be provided to ensure you feel prepared and capable before commencing your role. A minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position is preferred.


Essential Qualities:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care.
  • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • Flexibility regarding travel; some shifts may require driving or public transport.
