Flexible Shift Options: Interaction Recruitment is seeking dedicated Care Assistants to provide support during both daytime and nighttime hours.
We offer a variety of full-time and part-time schedules to accommodate your needs.
Your Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living activities and household tasks
- Building positive relationships with residents
- Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of clients is prioritized
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including care plans
- Respecting the individuality and confidentiality of each resident
- Supporting residents in community engagement
Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a healthcare setting
- The ability to remain patient and composed in challenging situations
- Adaptability to new environments
- Reliability and trustworthiness
- Eligibility to work in the UK
While having access to personal transportation is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
