We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Supporting individuals with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health needs
  • Accompanying individuals on day trips and outings
  • Assisting with household tasks and chores
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

  • Caring and compassionate with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
  • A good listener with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
