Unlock Your Potential as an Accommodation Manager
EF Education First is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accommodation Manager to join our team at our Bristol International Language Campus. As an Accommodation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of accommodation services for our international students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment, re-registration, and monitoring of suitable homestay and private home accommodation.
- Lead a team of full-time and part-time homestay coordinators, recruiters, and visitors to ensure targets are met and daily, weekly, and quarterly deadlines are achieved.
- Ensure students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF Bristol's safeguarding policy for under 18s.
- Handle student queries regarding accommodation with excellent customer service and log them appropriately.
- Monitor student evaluations of accommodation and respond to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Liaise with the finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers.
Requirements:
- Proven team management experience and leadership skills.
- Ability to ensure personal and team KPIs are met.
- Motivated by working with challenging targets.
- Sales-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Confident with IT and different systems.
- Flexible approach to work and hours of work.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with ease and remain calm and positive under pressure.
