As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Samsung Experience Store in Norwich. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will lead a team of sales colleagues, ensuring seamless operations and efficiency throughout the store.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Health and Safety: Ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across the store, creating a safe and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Operational Excellence: Following and upholding PRS& Samsung processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure seamless operations and efficiency throughout the store.
  • Shift Management: Taking charge of general shift management, making sure all daily tasks are carried out smoothly.
  • Resource Management: Managing resources effectively, ensuring budgets are adhered to and optimized across various areas.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • People-Centric Leadership: A proven track record in people management and leadership.
  • Adaptability and Commercial Acumen: The ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and possess a commercially minded approach to retail.
  • High-Level Retail Management Experience: Previous experience in high-level retail management is essential to excel in this role.
