Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of machine learning engineers and researchers focused on 2D rendering and game streaming.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive innovation.
  • Align the team's work with the overall strategic objectives of the Future Technologies Group, balancing ongoing projects with continuous improvement and technical debt management.
Requirements:
  • Strong advocate for personal and professional growth, ensuring every team member feels valued and heard.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring team members, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Courage to speak up and take smart risks.
Domain Expertise:
  • Extensive technical experience and track record of accomplishments in machine learning, computer vision, video streaming, and game engine rendering.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects within these areas.
