Conference Production Director

Informa Markets, a leading global events company, is seeking an experienced Conference Production Director to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality conference content for our events.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the conference production team to ensure timely delivery of conference content
- Develop and implement a research-led conference production process to create engaging and relevant content
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and provide guidance
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality digital content, including webinars, blog posts, and speaker interviews
- Liaise with operations team to ensure smooth onsite delivery of conference content
- Minimum 4+ years' experience in conference production
- Management/supervisory experience preferred
- Outstanding academic record, minimum 2:1 honors degree in economics, business studies, humanities, journalism, marketing, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven, resourceful, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a wide range of people
