Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Partnerships Director to join our Formula One team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

  • The ideal candidate will serve as an internal ambassador and champion for all partners, collaborating with commercial departments such as race promotion, hospitality, and marketing.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a world-class account management strategy, driven by data insights and focused on delivering exceptional results.
  • Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and other key partners.
  • Host partners and their guests at tracks, supporting the delivery of high-quality hospitality programs.

About You

  • Hold extensive experience in a similar role, either brand or rights holder side, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand storytelling and its application in partnership development.
  • Showcase performance-driven and commercially minded approaches to drive business growth.
