Job Requirements
This role requires a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the HR function and team, monitor and update HR policies and procedures, and advise staff and managers on HR matters. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in strategic and hands-on HR leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function and team
- Develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and services aligned with the organisation's overall strategy and vision
- Monitor and update HR policies and procedures
- Advise staff and managers on HR matters
- Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of staff and volunteers
- Review the methods used for recruitment to ensure they are relevant and effective
