Human Resources Director

Overview:
CHM-1, a leading Mental health & Wellbeing Charity, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to oversee all aspects of HR. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align HR practices with the organisation's objectives and foster a positive culture.
About the Role
This senior position will be responsible for leading the HR function and team, monitoring and updating HR policies and procedures, and advising staff and managers on HR matters. The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in strategic and hands-on HR leadership.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £46,000 per annum, with additional benefits including 25 days Annual Leave, Auto-enrolment NEST pension scheme, Westfield Health Plan, Discounts available through Blue Light Card, and Tickets for Good. Flexible working arrangements are also available.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Significant experience in managing talent acquisition, employee development, compensation, and benefits
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in strategic and hands-on HR leadership
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, processes, and services aligned with the organisation's overall strategy and vision
