About You

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Advisor. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful development of our organisation.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.

They will also have a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures, with experience of managing employee relations casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, sickness and absence, and end of employment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 CIPD qualification or be working towards Level 5, with experience working directly within a business supporting it through cyclical HR activities.
