About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned estate agent to join our team as an Area Partner in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach. You'll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business, with the support of our marketing professionals.

As an Area Partner, you'll be empowered to run your own local advertising campaigns, leveraging our brand, products, and services to drive results. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure your campaigns are effective and aligned with our brand values.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, valuation, and marketing
  • Strong understanding of local market trends and customer needs
  • Ability to develop and execute a local marketing strategy
  • Alignment with the Nested brand values and customer-centric approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
