About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as a Partner. As a Partner, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency business in a designated core area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan to drive sales growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with local property owners, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage a team of sales negotiators and admin staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Utilize our super hub office and resources to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience
