About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the estate agency landscape in the UK. Traditional agency models can stifle agents' earning potential and limit their ability to innovate. As a result, great agents are often held back, and the customer experience remains stagnant.

We're looking for Exeter's top estate agent to join our team as an Area Partner. As a key player in our local strategy, you'll have the autonomy to drive your own business, from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating. Our marketing support will supercharge your efforts, whether that's through doorknocking, direct mail, or running local advertising campaigns.

This is a truly all-encompassing role that lets you do estate agency your way, while being supported by Nested's brand, products, and services. You'll have the flexibility to work where, when, and how you want, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a better work-life balance.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of top industry experience valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
  • A clear strategy and understanding of what it takes to manage a marketing budget, generate leads, and build a local valuation machine.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills are a bonus, but not essential. We're happy to support you in building your brand and engaging with your community.
  • An intuitive, market-leading customer app designed to provide you with exclusive property insights, manage viewings on behalf of the sellers, and make your communication with your clients as smooth as possible.
