Job Title: Child Healthcare Support Specialist in Essex
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team at One Call 24 LTD. The successful candidate will support the wellbeing of children and young people in Essex, advancing their career in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Child Protection and Safeguarding Knowledge: Understand and implement effective child protection strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
- Monitoring Patients' Health Needs: Regularly assess and monitor patients' healthcare needs and provide appropriate care and support.
- Safeguarding Children: Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and carers to safeguard children's physical and emotional well-being.
- Basic Life Support Level 3 for Children: Provide life-saving skills to children in emergency situations.
- Experience: At least 3-6 months' experience working with children in the UK, with verifiable references.
- Certifications: Enhanced DBS listing on the Update Service, covering children and adults.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits package including comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career advancement.
