About the Role:
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated SEN Support to join our school and work as a 1:1. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the SENCO, providing essential support to pupils to help them access learning and reach their full potential.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Demonstrate a commitment to supporting students with SEN needs and an EHCP.
  2. Support children’s personal needs and social development.
  3. Help to prepare classrooms for lessons and assist with resource management.
  4. Encourage children’s interaction and independence in learning activities.
  5. Exhibit a passion for fostering children’s learning and development.
  6. Display flexibility in supporting staff and students as needed within the role.

Requirements:
You’ll be a role model for our pupils, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion. Experience working with children is desirable, but your enthusiasm, communication skills, and willingness to collaborate as part of a team are just as important. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about education and child development.
