**Role Summary:**
CV-Library is looking for a Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our IT systems.
Your key responsibilities will include identifying and addressing security threats and breaches, assessing and mitigating operational risks, and providing exceptional support to colleagues using IT Service Desk tools.
You will have the opportunity to work with a range of technical tools, including Microsoft Active Directory, Share Point, Exchange Server, and Office 365. Experience with Remote Control Software/VPN and basic network troubleshooting is essential.
