Keltbray Infrastructure Services Limited is a leading provider of infrastructure services, and we are currently seeking an experienced Land Access Specialist to join our Energy Transmission Team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth access onto private land for our projects. This will involve liaising with landowners, project delivery teams, and other stakeholders to agree on access requirements, manage landowner relationships, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day project activities related to land access, including coordinating with land agents, local authorities, and contractors;
  • Preparing and issuing formalities for entry onto private land, such as notices and permits;
  • Providing expert advice on agriculture legislation, policy, and best practice guidance across various areas, including agricultural operations, land drainage, and environmental policies;
  • Collaborating with the project delivery team to ensure landowner requirements are met during construction works;
  • Resolving landowner and client complaints, and providing agricultural advice to project staff and consultants as needed.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who can demonstrate a strong understanding of agriculture legislation, policy, and best practice guidance. Previous experience working on large cross-country infrastructure projects would be advantageous.

Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
