Job Overview

A Junior Merchandising role has become available in a leading global business leader based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning daily line sales, updating forecasts, and communicating with senior management.
  • Assisting in building category WSSI's.
  • Preparing monthly re-forecasts and identifying cancellations/phasing activity.
  • Developing junior team members and motivating team morale.
  • Building strong relationships with Buyers and assisting in range builds, sign-offs, and strategy meetings.
  • Identifying best sellers and move-on products to generate new sales.
  • Reviewing product and supplier mixes to ensure quality and designs are being brought into the business.
  • Establishing pricing architecture across ranges while considering competition and promotional activity.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable working with data and influencing key decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
