Area Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Business Development Lead to join our team at ARDEX UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing revenue in the Yorkshire region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, specifiers, and distributors.
The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Performance Indicators- Achieve annual area sales targets as agreed in our business plan
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, specifiers, and distributors
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
- Good general levels of education and qualifications in line with the job function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Preferred)
