Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Halfords. As a key member of our Finance Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing effective financial analysis and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Support the development of budgets and forecasts, and contribute to risk and opportunity processes.
  • Offer expert financial guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Present financial information and analysis to senior leadership teams, including the B2B Retail Leadership Team.

Requirements:

  • Dynamic and results-driven individual with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform commercial decision making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience of PowerBI an advantage.
  • Fully qualified chartered accountant with experience in property, or equivalent experience in a related field.
